We are about to release the first module in our series entitled “How To Capture The Voice Of Your Congregation, Crowd, and Community”. We have two series slated for this fall and we debated over which one to release first… sort of the chicken and egg scenario… data collection or voice of the customer.
While we have received a lot of interest in church metrics, the decision to release Captive C3 first boiled down to the fact that any data collection system that is intended to allow you to monitor and take corrective action should be aligned with two things; the voice of the business (church), and the voice of the customer (what we refer to at the C3). Hence, we have decided to show you how to effectively capture the voice of your Congregation, Crowd and Community in order to better develop a system to identify and measure the overall success of your church.
Establishing the right church metrics isn’t easy, so we hope this series will shed some light on effective strategies to first determining the need and response of your C3 before implementing a church data collection process that may or may not be aligned to those needs.
Watch for module #1 of Captive C3 to be released to our premium members this Monday.
Be Blessed,
Andrew Hunter
